7. Order Cancellation - Right of Withdrawal

Ο καταναλωτής έχει δικαίωμα να υπαναχωρήσει μόνο κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μαζί μας μέσω e-mail ή τηλεφωνικά και εντός 14 εργάσιμων ημερών, επιστρέφοντας το προϊόν στην αρχική του κατάσταση, χωρίς να επιβαρύνεται με οποιαδήποτε δαπάνη, εκτός από τα μεταφορικά έξοδα. Η προθεσμία αυτή αρχίζει από την παραλαβή των προϊόντων. Σε περίπτωση άσκησης του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης από τον καταναλωτή επιστρέφονται τα ποσά που κατέβαλε ο καταναλωτής εντός τριάντα (30) ημερολογιακών ημερών. Στα χρήματα που θα επιστραφούν δεν περιλαμβάνονται τα έξοδα αποστολής που πληρώθηκαν από τον καταναλώτή για την αγορά αλλά ούτε και τα έξοδα επιστροφής.

Σε περίπτωση που τα προϊόντα επιστραφούν κατεστραμμένα ή ελλιπή το κατάστημα Team player έχει το δικαίωμα να μην επιστρέψει ολόκληρο το ποσό στον πελάτη αλλά μέρος αυτού. Σε περίπτωση εμπρόθεσμης ακύρωσης της παραγγελίας τα χρήματα θα επιστέφονται ανάλογα με τον τρόπο που ολοκληρώθηκε η συναλλαγή και πραγματοποιήθκε η πληρωμή. Ειδικότερα οι συναλλαγές με χρήση πιστωτικής θα ακυρώνονται ενώ στην περίπτωση αντικαταβολής θα γίνεται κατάθεση των χρημάτων στο λογαριασμό που θα μας υποδεικνύει ο πελάτης.
