In ALL our jewelry there is inside the 3-digit stamp that certifies their construction material

(e.g.  750 for Κ18 ,   585 for K14 ,   375 for K9 ,    925 for Silver )

Jewelry that has precious stones is accompanied by a written guarantee-certification of the precious stones.

 Our watches are accompanied by a written guarantee of good operation  2 years.

If the return is made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and all the Return Conditions are met, the only charge you will be charged is the shipment of the products, with one of the two cooperating courier companies that follows:
a) Speedex
b) Porta-Porta

In case of product return, your refund will be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the products.

We offer free shipping on orders from € 50 and up (except areas designated as "inaccessible" by courier companies)

For purchases under 50 € the shipping charge is as follows:

SPEEDEX                           4,00 €   – 1-3 working days
PORTA-PORTA of ELTA 4,00 €  – 1-3  working days

All orders are sent by our company within 24 hours. Orders are shipped with a courier company and delivered to 1-3 working days within Greece.

In the islands and in areas of Southern and Western Greece the delivery takes place in 2-3 days.
